Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports on AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate resilience
- Design innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions for executive leadership teams
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions aligned with long-term market trajectories
- Establish global thought leadership through keynote speeches, white papers, and industry panels
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate innovation, strategic foresight, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data analysis skills with experience in predictive modeling and trend forecasting
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP) or relevant innovation methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
