Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify high-impact opportunities through 2026
- Develop and deliver scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal trend-sensing network
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on enterprise-level innovation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
