Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026+ trend reports with quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Lead strategic innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future-of-work scenarios
- Design and prototype next-gen solutions using AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Establish foresight frameworks to de-risk long-term R&D investments
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author in futurism or technology thought leadership platforms
