Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Drive organizational culture of anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network in tech, sustainability, or emerging markets
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research or thought leadership
