Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight roadmap with 5-year strategic impact
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, nanotech) for commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500/tech startup experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (2020-2025)
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ breakthrough innovations
