Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify emerging technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development priorities
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Oversee rapid prototyping of future-state solutions using agile methodologies
- Publish thought leadership reports on disruption scenarios for key industries
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy)
