Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Conduct scenario planning and trend analysis to inform product development and market entry strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present compelling insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders at industry forums
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to accelerate future-ready solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications preferred
