Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Curate annual 'Horizon Report' on emerging tech trends and regulatory shifts
- Design innovation sprints for sustainable development goals (SDGs) implementation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish ethical guidelines for human-AI collaboration and neurotech integration
- Co-author industry whitepapers on the future of work and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record leading successful future-tech initiatives (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or sustainable innovation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
