Responsibilities
- Lead global trend analysis across technology, economics, and cultural domains
- Design and implement innovation methodologies for long-term strategy
- Partner with product teams to integrate future foresight into development roadmaps

- Curate and manage an international network of futurists and domain experts
- Deliver executive presentations on future trends and strategic implications
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and innovation processes
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops and thought leadership
- Published work in futurism, technology, or business strategy
