Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product innovation and service transformation
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-state solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience building innovation frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of published futurist work or successful innovation launches
