As part of our elite Strategy & Innovation team, you'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies to identify paradigm shifts, design resilient business models, and guide C-suite decisions across our global tech portfolio. You'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neurotech pioneers, and climate AI specialists to shape industries before they exist.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market evolution
- Design innovation frameworks for next-generation product ecosystems
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to translate future opportunities into R&D priorities
- Author annual 'State of the Future' industry reports
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Experience working with C-suite in Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
- Published thought leadership on future trends (preferred)
