Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify emerging technologies and market trends

- Design predictive analytics models using machine learning to forecast industry disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum and biotech domains
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Oversee the development of organizational resilience frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight consulting or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and driving organizational change
- Published author or recognized authority in future studies or technology ethics
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or advanced analytics
