Responsibilities

- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging technology ethics and governance

- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability ecosystem
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, tech consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning frameworks)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
