Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead research initiatives on societal impact of emerging technologies including neural interfaces and climate adaptation systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic vision into organizational strategy
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and thought leaders
- Author white papers on technology disruption scenarios for 2026-2030
- Drive prototyping of next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Lab
- Present strategic foresight findings to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, and synthetic biology
- Experience advising multinational organizations on technology disruption
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
