Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026-2027 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D initiatives and product roadmaps
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Monitor global geopolitical shifts, technological inflection points, and societal behavioral changes
- Manage a portfolio of innovation incubation projects with $5M+ annual budgets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and technology adoption lifecycle analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable business impact
- Professional certification in Foresight (ACF/CFP) preferred
