Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends and societal shifts to develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive innovations and market inflection points
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions and validate market viability
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track progress against 2026 transformation milestones
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3, and AI governance
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of translating foresight insights into actionable business strategies and commercial opportunities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar) highly desirable
