Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends with 5-10 year foresight
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead 'Future Scenario Planning' workshops for executive teams and key stakeholders
- Translate complex technological possibilities into actionable business opportunities and investment theses
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough concepts and validate market viability
- Present visionary insights to investors, partners, and industry thought leadership forums
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Biotech, or Climate Tech
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with ability to translate complex datasets into compelling narratives
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences (PhD preferred)

- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi Analysis, Horizon Scanning)
