Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight strategies using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with biotech and AI divisions to create human-machine symbiosis frameworks
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to executive leadership and external investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging tech exploration
- Design and implement ethical innovation frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists through structured development programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with 3+ year implementation cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies including Delphi studies and trend impact analysis
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams through ambiguous innovation challenges
- Strong presentation skills with history of securing executive buy-in for visionary concepts
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two successfully commercialized future-tech initiatives
