- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing innovation pipelines aligned with future societal shifts
- Present executive-level trend briefings using immersive data visualization and predictive analytics
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate breakthrough technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Author industry-shaping white papers on future-of-work implications and human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Technology Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing commercialized future-facing solutions
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies including Delphi techniques and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling platforms
- Exceptional storytelling ability translating complex scenarios into stakeholder narratives

- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
