Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions in simulated future environments
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech scaling
- Curate an external innovation network including academic institutions and startup incubators
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies for product teams
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of implementing foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI alignment
- Executive-level experience communicating complex future scenarios to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy execution in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Published research on technological singularity implications or human augmentation ethics
