Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026+ innovation roadmap through systematic trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive market opportunities and systemic risks
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders through data-driven narratives and compelling visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Champion human-centered design principles across all innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite decisions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
