- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on sustainable and ethical innovation
- Monitor competitive disruption and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
