Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies with measurable ROI and risk mitigation protocols
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for collaborative R&D
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Curate internal innovation labs focused on sustainable tech and human-AI collaboration
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation methodology (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Experience building scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
