As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 leaders to develop actionable roadmaps for quantum computing integration, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable urbanization. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps and investment portfolios across aerospace, biotech, and digital infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying high-impact trends through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, climate tech)
- Design strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives
- Produce trend briefings and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author white papers on emerging ethical and regulatory challenges
- Mentor junior futurists in applied foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy
