- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Produce actionable whitepapers on metaverse economics and climate tech disruption
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading cross-organizational transformation initiatives
- Strong proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFP, APF)
