Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruption vectors across AI, biotech, and space economies
- Produce executive-grade trend reports integrating quantitative data with qualitative foresight
- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals and regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future insights into patentable IP and MVP roadmaps
- Manage a global network of futurists, academic institutions, and industry think tanks
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on emerging market opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (MS/MBA/PhD)
- 10+ years experience in innovation strategy with Fortune 500 or scale-up tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals (e.g., Futures, Foresight)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-V analysis)
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Strong network within Singularity University, World Economic Forum, or similar ecosystems
