- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping breakthrough solutions for 2030 markets
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board members with data-driven scenario planning
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, governmental, and industry partnerships
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities and investment strategies
- Mentor innovation teams in horizon scanning and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with demonstrable impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, scenario planning, horizon scanning
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market with $50M+ budgets
