Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging tech paradigms (quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems with 3-5 year impact projections
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives and research institutions
- Produce foresight frameworks and scenario models for policy and corporate strategy
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to prototype development
- Represent company at global forums like World Economic Forum and TED Future
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or tech foresight at Fortune 500 or research lab
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in systems modeling, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and innovation hubs
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
