Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in aerospace, healthcare, and climate tech
- Produce scenario analyses on quantum adoption, AGI governance, and biocomputing evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Author white papers on emerging ethical dilemmas in human-AI symbiosis
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate deep-tech startups
- Design predictive models for workforce automation and augmentation trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futures research, innovation strategy, or emerging tech analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed or industry journals)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, cross-impact matrices)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trend Monitoring Systems, AI-powered forecasting)
- Track record advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios
- Experience with patent analysis and R&D pipeline development
