- Develop strategic foresight frameworks guiding 5-10 year innovation pipelines
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present visionary scenarios to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership on disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio of published futurist research or innovation frameworks
