Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech to identify 2026 inflection points
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for board-level decision-making with 95% accuracy in forecasting
- Chair the 2026 Innovation Council, directing $50M+ annual R&D portfolio allocation
- Architect patent-protected frameworks for emerging tech commercialization
- Present to Fortune 500 C-suite executives and government policy influencers
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations (minimum 3 patents/IP)
- Mastery of Delphi Method, SWOT-PESTLE analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or similar tier-1 journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Fluency in strategic foresight software (e.g., Futurist Toolkit, Trendalyzer Pro)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (APF or CFS) preferred
