Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry transformation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and analyzing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design strategic frameworks for sustainable business models and circular economy initiatives
- Present futuristic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Drive R&D investments in high-potential technologies with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and socioeconomic shifts affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams through complex transformation projects
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
