Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives and Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof business models
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Measure and quantify ROI of innovation initiatives using KPIs and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies or business models
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology impact assessment
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
