Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 partners
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in MIT Tech Review
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-disciplinary research teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in AI ethics, exponential technologies, and societal impact modeling
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major tech publications
- Experience with Delphi methodology and computational forecasting tools
