Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Oversee the development of ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and automation systems
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across all product development cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting within tech sectors
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems and academic research communities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
