Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Develop and maintain Horizon Labs' innovation ecosystem framework for 2026 implementation
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and disruptive innovation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize moonshot projects aligned with future market needs
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and their societal impact
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for future-readiness across all business units
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, whitepapers)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation initiatives
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems and research institutions
