Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, finance, and healthcare verticals
- Design and execute innovation workshops with executive teams to co-create future-ready strategies
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership pieces for industry publications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Quantify market opportunities and risks using predictive modeling and data analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech disruption analysis
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
