Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to map disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and maintain proprietary foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation strategies
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging societal shifts and technological convergence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and mentor a network of futurist practitioners across global markets
- Represent FutureVision at premier industry conferences on future strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and signal detection
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
