Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services using design thinking methodologies
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of industry experts, academics, and thought leaders
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging technologies through financial modeling
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis platforms
