- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and translate strategic implications into actionable roadmaps
- Develop predictive models for market disruption scenarios across 15+ industries
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present future-state scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author whitepapers on paradigm-shifting technologies for industry conferences
- Oversee the Horizon Lab incubator program for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-strategy initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision frameworks or trend reports
