Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite to anticipate market disruptors
- Partner with R&D to prototype and test breakthrough consumer experiences
- Author white papers on ethical tech adoption and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend synthesis methodologies
- Collaborate with global labs to integrate emerging technologies into core product strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum/biotech solutions at scale
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic implementations
- Certification in Foresight or Horizon Scanning methodologies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
