Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with quantitative impact projections
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Architect innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into actionable development roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and foster an innovation culture across departments
- Manage $1M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams in tech-driven environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
