Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AGI alignment)
- Produce executive-grade trend briefings and disruption risk assessments for board stakeholders
- Architect ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies (neuro-interfaces, climate engineering)
- Manage global futurist network and academic partnerships to validate hypotheses
- Present strategic narratives at Davos-level forums to influence industry standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems modeling, and exponential technology
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP-LE, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suites on 10+ year strategic pivots
