Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and innovation roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in augmented reality and neurotech
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and academic symposia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level innovation strategies
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFP, CFIP)
- Published research on technological singularity or societal transformation
