Join InnovateTomorrow Labs as we pioneer the technologies that will define 2026. We seek a visionary Senior Futurist to decode emerging trends and architect tomorrow's digital ecosystems. This role blends strategic foresight with hands-on innovation leadership in our Palo Alto headquarters.
As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to develop 5-year roadmaps for disruptive technologies. You'll influence product roadmaps while mentoring a cross-disciplinary team of researchers and engineers.

Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and publish annual FutureTech 2026 strategic report for executive stakeholders
- Architect proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate emerging startups in quantum/AI/biotech
- Present trend forecasts at industry summits including CES and Web Summit
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting foresight methodologies
- Secure $2M+ in R&D funding for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Published research in Future Studies Journal or equivalent tier-1 publication
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or similar for prototyping simulations
- Speaker credentials at three+ major tech conferences (TED, SXSW, etc.)
- Clearance for government-level technology foresight projects
