What You'll Achieve:

- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Establish proprietary trend-sensing frameworks using AI-driven analytics

- Build a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ Technology Radar, identifying breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Translate complex technological trajectories into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging risks and opportunities in next-gen tech domains
- Build and manage a portfolio of pre-emptive innovation projects targeting 2026 market readiness
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating technological trends into commercial impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) or advanced degree in futures studies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through multi-year innovation cycles
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (journal articles, white papers)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
