Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast industry evolution through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify high-impact opportunities
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and predictive analytics for leadership teams
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders including board members and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-leading strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and quantitative/qualitative research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic predictions
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend analysis and predictive modeling
