Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotechnology) and their implications for 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops using futures thinking methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models published in industry-leading journals
- Advortise executive teams on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential technology domains
- Design and manage proprietary foresight frameworks using AI-driven analytics platforms
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through keynotes and media appearances
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing trend forecasts with 85%+ accuracy in 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, backcasting, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep technical understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work (white papers, keynote videos, research models)
- Proficiency in futures analysis tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform, Palisade @Risk)
