Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework with quantifiable impact metrics
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive innovations and market disruptions
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and strategic implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impact
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning publications
