- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Design innovation pipelines addressing emerging market opportunities in 2026
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental signals affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or related consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into organizational strategy
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and big data visualization
